Arlington, VA (January 9, 2024) – Rochdale Capital, a national non-profit community development loan fund is pleased to announce that Chelsea Amelia Cruz has joined their Board of Directors. Ms. Cruz is currently a Vice President on the U.S. Community Relations team at Citi where she leads strategic initiatives, impact reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Citi, Ms. Cruz held various roles in the private and government sectors most recently at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. “We are excited to welcome Chelsea to our Board of Directors”, stated John Holdsclaw IV, President, and CEO. “She brings the wealth of experience in public policy, equitable access to capital, community engagement and financial inclusion which will help guide Rochdale Capital’s future.”
