Arlington, VA (December 19, 2023) – John Holdsclaw IV, President and CEO of Rochdale Capital, a community development loan fund whose mission is to promote cooperative and community ownership; advance equity, diversity, and inclusion; and provide capital access in under-resourced recently presented the annual Douglass-Snyder award to Lance Dunn and Rodney Anderson, owners of All-In-Grocers located in Waterloo, Iowa.
Named in honor of American abolitionist and statesperson, Frederick Douglass, and former National Cooperative Bank longtime CEO and cooperator, Charles E. "Chuck" Snyder, the Douglass-Snyder Award is given to individuals or organizations who support the sustainable development of communities through the values of self-help, self-responsibility, democracy, equality, equity, and solidarity.
